12H00          EXTRA MURALS BEGIN FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING AND ARE COMPLETED BY 13H00

AFTER SCHOOL   13h00 – 16h00

SCHOOL TERMS:

We will coincide with the Private 4 term schools i.e Curro, Woodhill, Midstream Ridge.      

We also close at the end of the year on the last Friday of November unless otherwise stipulated.

TEA TIME SNACK:
Please provide your child with a healthy snack for tea time.
DO NOT INCLUDE SWEETS (including energy bars, cereal bars or any high sugar type snack), CHIPS (especially cheese curls or flavoured chips – Plain salted chips are fine) & GASSY COLDDRINKS (including Oros and coloured juices) Ceres and Liquifruit type juices are preferable or good old water. Please ensure that lunch boxes and juice bottles are clearly marked with your child’s name.

BAGS AND CLOTHING:
Each child should have his/her own bag (preferably the medium sized soft backpack type) clearly marked with his/her name. We do not allow carnival clothing e.g. Superman suits, to school. It is not advisable to dress the child in party clothes as these could be ruined through their playing, painting, etc. A change of clothing must always be sent in the suitcase in case of an accident, no matter what the age of the child.

SCHOOL REPORTS:
A progress report will be issued at the end of the school. During the second term or all parents are invited to make an appointment to come in and observe their child(ren) at work. We will then give you a verbal report on the progress of your child.
